Hot air from the entrance pipe with suitable spouting velocity from the bottom of the dryer into stirring and crushing and drying chamber, generate strong shear, the material blowing floating, rotating, so the material by centrifugal, shear, collision, friction and the particle, the enhancement of mass transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger particle group is wet mechanical crushing under the action of the stirrer, moisture content is low, while small granules by rotating airflow rise, further drying in the rising process.
