Cuprous Chloride Flash dryer is a new type of drying equipment successfully developed by our factory on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign technology. This machine has advanced technology, reasonable design, compact structure, wide application range, large production capacity, good product quality, high efficiency, and energy saving. It can be dried, crushed and screened in one equipment at one time, eliminating environmental pollution, and the performance of the whole machine is up to International advanced technology level.
Inorganic: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.
Organic matter: atrazine (pesticide pesticide), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, bactericide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, etc.
Ceramics: kaolin, silica, clay.
Dyestuffs: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.
Foods: soy protein, gelatinized starch, distiller's grains, wheat sugar, wheat starch.
Because the material is micronized by centrifugation, shearing, collision and friction, it is in a highly dispersed state and the relative speed between the solid and gas phases is relatively large, which enhances the mass and heat transfer and makes the machine high in production intensity.
Drying gas enters the bottom of the dryer to generate a strong rotating airflow, which has a strong scouring effect on the material on the wall and eliminates the phenomenon of wall sticking.
In the high-temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, the heat-sensitive material does not directly contact the hot surface, and a special device is installed to solve the problem of coking and discoloration of the heat-sensitive material.
Due to the high circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber, the material residence time is short, achieving high efficiency, speed, small equipment and large production.
The upper part of the drying chamber is equipped with a ceramic separation ring and a swirling sheet to control the particle size and humidity of the exported materials to meet the requirements of the final moisture particle size of different materials.
