Flash dryer is a kind of efficient and fast drying equipment. In the middle of the drying tower, the quantitative feeder with stepless speed regulation continuously adds materials. At the same time, the material is crushed by the agitator at the bottom and then blown up by the high-speed rotating hot air, forming a relatively stable fluidized layer in the drying chamber. Rapid and sufficient heat and water exchange is carried out between the material and the hot air, and most of the water evaporation is completed in this process.
In the drying chamber of the flash dryer, the particles are in a suspended and rotating state. Under the action of gravity, centrifugal force and fluid drag, particles of different particle sizes run at different trajectory radii. Larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically destroyed by the agitator, and particles with lower moisture content and smaller particles are entrained by the airflow and rise, and are further dried and refined during the rise. The dried product is separated and collected from the exhaust gas through a pneumatic tube or a bag filter.
The reason why the flash dryer can achieve an efficient and fast drying process is inseparable from the reasonable design of its internal structure and the coordinated work of various components. It is generally presented as a square cylindrical drying chamber, which consists of a destruction fluidization section at the bottom, an external drying section and a classification section at the top, and can simultaneously complete the destruction, drying, and classification of materials. In addition, the flash dryer also includes a heater, a feeder, a stirring and breaking system, a classifier, a drying pipe, a cyclone separator, a bag dust collector, a fan and other components.
